Help and FAQ...
- Online ordering: placing an order through the website is
extremely easy and safe. When the order is placed at our website, NO CREDIT
CARD details are held by us. All monetary transactions are
carried out independent of our system under encrypted secure
hosting. No card details are held in clear text on any web site.
- Minimum Order: there is no minimum order, but if you
spend over £10.00 we offer free shipping.
- Payment options: all orders are processed through either
PayPal or GoogleCheckout. Both payment options accept all major
credit/debit cards.
- My order hasn't arrived: please inform us as soon as
possible so we can investigate. Please allow 15 days before
contacting us to allow for dispatch and postal delays.
- Can I return unwanted goods? Of course, please refer to
our Returns Policy.
- Do you have a catalogue? Sorry no, we are continually
updating our product range, so it not viable to produce a printed
catalogue.
- Do you sell products Wholesale? Sorry no, we are a retail
seller only. We try to keep our prices as low as possible for the
home user.
- Can I order over the telephone? Sorry, at present we only
process orders placed through the website, this helps with our stock
control.
- I need to contact you: all communications are dealt with
by e-mail, our offices hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. We
endeavour to respond promptly to all e-mails received.
- Shipping cost?: we offer FREE SHIPPING (UK mainland only)
on all orders over £10.00.
- Do you have any samples?: At this moment in time we do
not offer sample products. To ensure that you are purchasing exactly
what you need, we have made sure that all of our product
descriptions and pictures are as accurate as possible.
